Damaged Area Containment

This is a photo at an antique shop that experienced water damage. SERVPRO was called to come and fix this disaster. As you can see, crews constructed an area of containment of where the damage was to keep products in the room from getting damaged by dust of debris.

Water to Mold

This photo was taken in a house on a current job that had water running for about one month before SERVPRO was called. After tearing out all we material which was everything down to the framing, we were able to dry the effected area. SERVPRO also cleaned and sealed the entire area with a mold spray to prevent further presence.

Moldy Mayhem

These moldy floor joists in a basement is the result of water that ran for about 4 weeks. Mold was spread throughout most of the basement and SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties was called to remove all wet material and take care of the mold situation.

Pack-Out to Cleaning

This is an example of what we can do for you here a SERVPRO. What is shown in the picture is a pile of boxed contents that came from a house that suffered an extreme fire. Everything boxed will be removed and cleaned thoroughly and returned to the homeowner. Assisted cleaning by SERVPRO of Broome County.

Our Equipment (Hygrometer)

This photo shows a piece of equipment used often during our work day to day. It is called a Thermo Hygrometer and it is used to detect the temperature in a building and determine the levels of humidity. Humidity is a representation of the concentration of water vapour in the air where the value is shown as a percent. Thermo hygrometers have sensors which measure humidity of the air and temperature of the air and is noted for the drying process of each room in a house or business. It also calculates grains per pound, dew point, and vapor pressure. Knowing all this information and specs in your home is key to SERVPRO in order to know what kind of drying equipment is necessary to bring and begin drying as well as the drying process.
