Sewage Loss in Sleepy Hollow

This home experienced a back-up in the basement caused by a broken drain pipe. Sewage escaped out of the pipe leaving a smelly, big mess all over the concrete floor. This is a weekend home for the homeowner, so the care taker is the one who noticed it and called SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties to come clean it up right! The arriving crew came with SERVPRO's truck mount van, which is equipped with a motor and tank to suck up water with. They were able get rid of the waste and water quickly, and properly disinfect the whole area, making it "Like it never even happened."
