Basement Floor Restoration

This basement located in Germantown, Columbia County was restored by SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties. We were called by this homeowner to come a restore the entire floor which included scraping, cleaning, sweeping, then vacuuming the area. Crews then handled any disintegrated spots in the concrete floor to prepare it to be patched with concrete leveling cement. Drylok paint was also painted on 12 inches around the bottom of the walls to seal any cracks. After this was all completed, SERVPRO then painted on two coats of gray semi gloss concrete floor paint to the whole basement floor. SERVPRO also installed a dehumidifier to correct present moisture.
