Clean Up Before a Move In Stotville, NY

Here we have a room in an apartment that was left in somewhat decent condition to the naked eye.  Besides the stain in the carpet that you see in our before picture there were a few other issues going on here.  One of them we can't capture in picture, that would be the odor.  The prior tenant had house pets and they left the carpet smelling terrible, so we here at SERVPRO Columbia Greene tore it up and left them a blank canvas to work with.  By tearing the carpet up we were able to rid the room of the smell.  Upon completion we also were responsible for cleaning the walls, the insides and outs of the cabinets as well as the refrigerator.  This wasn't the toughest job we took on but we did it in record timing.  In less than a days work it was "Like It Never Even Happened."
