Black Water Back-Up in Chatham

This was a restaurant in Chatham that experienced a sewage back-up in there basement leaving black water all throughout the entire area. SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties was called to come clean and disinfect the entire basement and was able to do so in less than a day. We extracted any excess water left behind that was puddled in low spots of the floor. The next step was to disinfect the entire floor and anything that was touching it. Some areas required a little scrubbing to remove stained spots, but that was no problem for SERVPRO! Crew left with a happy customer help making it "Like it never even happened."
