Basement Playroom Flood

This home in Coxsackie, NY experienced some major water damage in a finished basement when a sump pump failed. Approximately 6 inches of water filled the entire basement leaving toys and other personal items floating. The water became so high, even a door floated off its hinges. Check out our before/after photos to see how SERVPRO helped this family restore the room to its former glory.

Tile Tear Out

This is the bathroom that was previously mentioned in the "Busted Heating Pipe" photo. After this water loss, SERVPRO determined that they would have to tear up the tile floor in order to remove the wet material under it. Some would think that water couldn't get past tile, but in fact it can! Notice the wet area coming from tub pipe.

Busted Heating Pipe

This is an example of one of the many things we deal with here at SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties. Pictured above is a busted heating pipe that froze during the cold temperatures and later thawed out flooding this house.

Many Floors in Copake

This is a photo of the beginning part of drying in this water damaged house. In the picture you can see that the floor is very much damaged. Crews noticed during demo that there were several layers of this kitchen floor and had a lot to rip out. Wasn't a job SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties couldn't handle. Picture is shown before demo completion.

Big Mess in Jewett

This Jewett home faced a water loss in the basement and called SERVPRO of Columbia & Greene Counties to come resolve the situation. Crews began removing all wet material to begin the drying process and onto reconstruction.

Frozen Water in Hudson, NY

This was the aftermath of a broken pipe in this building during the cold days this winter. This was unlike anything we have ever seen before, but this wasn't the only problem. Water made it's way throughout the entire 3-story apartment damaging almost everything. SERVPRO was able to come in and remove all the wet and damaged material and contents.

Bursted Water Pipe Creates Big Problems in Greeneville NY

Here we have a situation where the radiator burst open from a freeze and all the water in the system leaked out onto the first floor of the house into the basement.  The damage was so severe it required tearing out the flooring on the first floor and the ceiling and walls in the basement.

Old Homes + Old Pipes = Problems in Hudson, NY

This early 1900s home is a multi-family building.  Unfortunately when something happens it happens big or in the worst situation.  This pipe burst on the top floor and caused damages on every floor on its way down to the basement.  SERVPRO removed the wet materials, dehumidified and made the home livable again.
