This was a home that was just purchased and the new owners could not get the stains off of the floor and from the grout. Rather than the costly option of ripping out the tile we used specialized equipment to clean and extract all stains from the tiled surface. Customer was very satisfied. Tiles and grout are like new and "Like it never even happened"
