Flooding in Craryville, NY

We were called to a basement flooding in Craryville in Columbia County.  When we arrived there was six inches of water in the basement which was seeping in through a crack in the foundation.  It took one SERVPRO guy two days to pump out close to 1500 gallons of water during a rainy week.  After the water was vacuumed out we started the drying process and gave the home owner contact information for a mason to patch up the crack to ensure this problem would not re-occur.  Upon completion the homeowner was very pleased with the results stating "Wow, you guys really follow through with your saying.  It really is Like It Never Even Happened."
