Cleaning Job in Shandaken, NY

SERVPRO was called to a home by the owner who was renting the home to some tenants that had to be evicted.  The tenants had moved out but left the whole house a mess, including old broken furniture, pet feces, food scraps, dirty diapers and lots of other garbage.  The house was unfit for habitation.  SERVPRO cleared out all the garbage and removed the feces in the house.  The exterior grounds of the property was cleared of debris and trashed furniture from within the home was removed for disposal.  We then cleaned the walls, windows, floors, sanitized and deodorized the home from the strong smell of pet odor.  The customer was extremely pleased and could not believe the difference!  The owner was able to find a new tenant immediately to move back into the home.
